FlyB vs GoHighLevel

A GoHighLevel alternative for the business, not the agency

GoHighLevel is an agency platform: it is built around running many client sub-accounts, and its depth and its complexity come from the same place. If you are the business rather than the agency, most of that surface is overhead you configure once and then work around. FlyB covers the same core — pages, funnels, forms, CRM pipelines with automation rules, email, booking and Stripe checkout — for a single business, and it starts by writing the page for you instead of handing you a funnel builder.

The same core, without the agency layer

The page is generated, not assembled

Describe the business in a few sentences and the AI writes the copy, picks the structure, sources the images and fills the SEO metadata, then publishes. There is no funnel canvas to learn before the first page exists.

Pipelines with real automation

Multiple funnels, drag-and-drop stages, deals, tags and custom fields. Each stage carries rules with AND/OR conditions and actions: move the contact, mark the deal won or lost, send an email or a WhatsApp message, create a deal with a value, or fire an outbound HTTP request.

Time-based and continuous rules

A stage can define a maximum time and a next stage, so contacts that sit too long advance on their own — and a rule can keep running while a contact stays in a stage, which is what turns a pipeline into a follow-up SLA.

Booking that belongs to the pipeline

Native calendars with two-way Google Calendar sync, Google Meet links, vacations, availability windows and custom questions — each pointed at the funnel stage its bookings should land in.

Checkout and revenue on the contact

Stripe connects to your own account; payments and subscriptions are attributed to the contact who bought, next to their lead history, rather than sitting in a separate billing view.

Analytics and A/B testing in the same product

Native page analytics, funnel conversion analysis over the cohort captured in a date range, and A/B variants that answer on one link and report leads and payments with a significance test.

When GoHighLevel is still the better choice

  • You are an agency. Sub-accounts, white-labelling and reselling the platform to your clients are what GoHighLevel is for, and FlyB does not do them.
  • You run high-volume SMS and voice campaigns. FlyB sends email and WhatsApp messages from pipeline rules; telephony is not part of it.
  • You need a very large integration surface. FlyB connects through Stripe, Google Calendar, outbound webhooks and its own public API — deliberately fewer moving parts, which is the trade.

How the switch works

  1. 1

    Publish one page first

Describe the business and let the AI build it. It takes under a minute, and it is the fastest way to see whether the rest of the platform fits the way you work.

  2. 2

Rebuild the pipeline you actually use

Create the funnel, name the stages and add the rules that matter — the automations you rely on, not the ones you configured and forgot.

  3. 3

    Point the inputs at it

Lead forms, booking calendars and Stripe all drop contacts into the stage you choose, so the pipeline starts filling from the page you just published.

Questions about moving from GoHighLevel

Does FlyB have pipeline automation?
Yes. Every stage can carry rules with AND/OR conditions on contact data, and the actions include moving the contact, marking a deal won or lost, sending an email template or a WhatsApp message, creating a deal with a value, and firing an outbound HTTP request. Stages can also auto-advance contacts that sit too long.
Can I bring my contacts?
Yes. Contacts import from a spreadsheet, including the international dial code handling that a bare export of phone numbers usually loses. Your plan's contact ceiling is what limits how many rows are accepted.
Is there an API?
Yes — a documented REST API for pages, contacts, calendars and bookings, authenticated by an organization API key, with a "Try it" console in the dashboard. Outbound webhooks with dynamic variables from the contact cover the other direction.
Can I use it for my clients?
You can build and run a client's business on it, but FlyB has no sub-account or white-label layer — it is one organization per business. If reselling the platform is the point, GoHighLevel is the right tool.

Describe the business and see the page the AI writes. If that part works, the pipeline behind it is in the same dashboard.
