The hardest part of running a CRM is not the features, it is keeping it populated — and a CRM that owns the forms and the booking calendar never has that problem.
A standalone CRM starts empty and stays as current as whatever integration you set up to feed it. When the integration breaks, nothing obviously fails; the pipeline just quietly stops reflecting reality, and you find out weeks later.
Here the lead capture form, the booking page and the checkout write to the CRM directly because they are the same product. There is nothing to connect and nothing that can silently stop connecting.
