About FlyB
FlyB is a US-based software company building an AI platform that lets a small business run its entire online presence — sales pages, CRM, email marketing, booking and payments — from one place, without writing code.
Who we are
We are a US-registered startup with a deliberately distributed team, built from people who spent their careers delivering global projects inside large multinationals.
That background is unusual for a product aimed at businesses with two employees, and it is the whole point. The people building FlyB have shipped systems where an outage had a currency value attached, where a release had to clear review boards in several countries, and where “it works on my machine” was never the end of a conversation.
Being distributed from day one shaped the product too. FlyB is built by a team that has always worked remotely, for owners who are rarely at a desk — which is why the platform is meant to be usable from a phone, between two customers.
Governance and security are where we come from
Our core discipline is information security and IT governance, so access control, data isolation and auditability are design constraints in FlyB rather than a later hardening pass.
Every account is isolated at the data layer, not merely in the interface: each request is scoped to its organization before a query is even built, which is the difference between a permission check and an architecture. Payment details never touch our servers — checkout runs through Stripe, and we hold a reference, not a card.
We take the same position on what our free tools see. The QR Code and WhatsApp generators keep an anonymous record of what was generated so we can improve them, and nothing more: no account is created for you, no number is ever messaged, and nothing is sold or shared.
Why small businesses
Small businesses were priced out of good software rather than locked out of it — the tools existed, but only as five separate subscriptions with an integration project in between.
A clinic, a personal trainer or a two-person agency ends up paying for a site builder, an email tool, a CRM, a booking system and a payment integration, then paying again in the hours it takes to make them talk to each other. Most give up and run the business out of a WhatsApp inbox instead.
FlyB exists to collapse that stack. You describe the business in a sentence; the platform produces the page, the copy, the images, the funnel and the checkout, and every lead that arrives lands in a CRM that was already there. The number we hold ourselves to is the time between signing up and having something real online.
What we build
FlyB combines an AI sales page and blog builder, a native CRM, email marketing automation, an online booking calendar and Stripe checkout in one platform.
We also publish free tools that need no account at all, because a business that needs a QR Code today should not have to adopt a platform to get one. Everything we ship is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
